I am a regular costumer for 20 years .. today I ask one of the employees tracy politely to tell one of the cashier jalen to cover his nose..tracy responded negativity and waited until I got to the register and told the cashier in front of me to cover his nose because I am having an issue.and they make excuse that it's hard to work with mask on..I am a retail cashier worker and I it is not hard to protect other from this covid 19, because I value everyone life and mine.I already lost my mom and a brother fighting for his life...it is very serious for me that when I go to store I do my part to properly mask and protect others. I am so disappointed by their uncaring response of the dollar tree worker especially, tracy and jalen.they are not providing me and others with safe service .I hope that you will make this issue resolve immediately. #3874) 729 W.channel island blvd.port Hueneme ca.93041.

placed an order online, had it shipped to the store. I went to the store 7 times, called over 10 times and they keep saying they don't have it. I tried calling the 800 number and have been on hold for over 4 hours. I filed a complaint online and no help. No product, no money and no help. Worthless.

I live in vista California ... my evening experience was not a nice one. First of all l’ve worked for a big chain store as a cashier for 26 years. I’m now retired.....when l shop regardless what store, l expected friendly customer service. This Dollar tree store is the worst customer service l’ve ever gone to. There was no one in line . I set my basket on the belt. I was going to take my items out of the basket . When the cashier jerked the basket towards himself. He proceeded to take my items out of the basket. So, l assumed he was being nice. As lm standing there he’s checking out my items like some sort of a rat race. He did asked if l needed a bag. I politely responded back and said “no” the next thing he dumps my basket on the belt like my items were trash. I made comment and said “l could’ve done that”!! Not a word from him ....like he was bothered by my comment. Oh,by the way he was wearing sunglasses 🕶 its late in the evening. I started to think is this guy on some sort of drugs like speed !! The way he was tossing all my items. I’m not sure who hires theses people but, they’re the rudest, unhappy group of people. Besides all of the above they give the worst customer service. I won’t be spending my hard earned money there!!

11/19/2020 12:35p Store #8289 New Braunfels, TX I approached Raquel-cashier. She did not say anything to me, but started putting items in the bag, and stuffing it. I reached over the counter (Not thinking started to reach for the bag. I realize I should have not done that). I asked her not to stuff them. She said, " We are running out of bags". She was extremely abrupt and rude and said, "You are supposed to be behind the plastic". She was correct, but it was the way she said it. I told her she was rude. She kept bagging and slung the bags on the counter (Not hard) just slinging. Raquel said "If I didn't like it to leave my things and go). I put my card in the cardholder and hit the wrong button. Raquel turned around and the manager came over and asked, " What was going on". I told her "I hit the wrong button and the cashier was rude". Raquel started telling her I reached over the counter. Then the disagreement started. I can't remember verbatim what was said. The manager did not try to defuse the situation by finishing to check me out. She began to stand behind (What the employee said). Raquel kept telling the manager to tell me to leave my things and go. The manager said, "I was talking over her and not to look at Raquel". Raquel was telling the manager what to do and after a minute or so went by Raquel said I told her "FU. Which was far from the truth. The manager said I should not cuss at her employee. I asked her what did I say? The manager changed the subject. I should have defused the situation myself. The manager did not lead by example, i.e., Did not defuse the situation, did not lead by example in front of the employee, the manager basically condoned the employee's behavior, and did not demonstrate customer service. If the manager didn't why should the employees. The manager continued to argue with me and left customers standing in line. Finally, a customer said something. I finished paying for my items and left. The manager slapped the receipt on the counter and walked off. I don't believe Dollar Tree condones this behavior, especially coming from a manager. I'm sure if it happened to me it has happened before. A receipt can be provided.

On Saturday, October 3rd, I stopped to your Grand Rapids-Plainfield Ave Store to do some shopping. I filled up my basket, and preceeded to the checkout. There was an argument going on in the checkout lane that I was in, between one of your cashiers and 2 women trying to check out. When the cashier spotted me, she screamed at me " I'm not checking you out without a mask" The shouting between the 2 women and the cashier continued Finally, one of the women put on a "decorative mask" so the cashier would check her out. I gave the woman in the mask some cash, and she included my merchandise in her order. As the three of us proceeded to leave, " Manager Man Bun" told us that he called the Sheriff to arrest us for violating the " Mask Law" We waited for the Sheriff Deputies (3 showed up) who like me, were not wearing a mask.I worked with 2 of them on Emergency Management Projects. We all had a good laugh regarding my predicament. They educated "Manager Man Bun" as best as possible, regarding the law and customer service, and we all went our separate ways. Im a business owner, and a Military Officer I feel sorry for your company, if all that you can find to run your stores, are low information rubber heads Sincerely 1Lt Robert Reminga MBA

Nothing new, but everytime I go into the Canton store #200 Dollar Tree they continue to complain as I am checking out. Of course other guests included can hear them complain about scheduling, the manager, each other, not being able to get anything done. Every cashier, especially a Wendy, constantly complain as they are checking people out. Its extremely unprofessional and something needs to be done about it.

When this place first opened it was definitely unique and the way that they filled that place up with stuff that was under a dollar amazed me the place always looked fantastic I'd search through that store for things that I never even heard of before and it was very exciting now it's just a piece of s*** dirty store just like the rest of the piece of s*** dirty stores within the city there's nothing in there always out of stuff they don't carry the stuff they used to carry that was so unique nothing's unique nothing's original it's just a piece of crap... what happened?
