Saved $75 on a trip to San Diego after an alert from DFC. I make this trip every year and to get it cheaper makes it even better.

I don't recall signing up for this company. When I noticed $99 had been debited from my account, I contacted the company immediately to inform them I was unaware of this company and asked for them to cancel and refund the money. The customer service rep’s initial message was dismissive of my request: Hi Customer, Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue, that's never fun! We're happy you've brought your issue to our attention so we can help get it sorted. We’re a small bootstrapped startup that’s grown very fast so we're always looking for opportunities to learn how to improve our product and service so we're glad you reached out. That said, I just checked your customer account and it looks like you were charged for the annual renewal for your membership with us at the correct time: 12/18/2023. Looks like in this case you signed up for a trial account that was not canceled. I'd love to understand the situation better and see if we dropped the ball here. Please let us know if you have any questions. ________ I asked AGAIN to have this subscription canceled and this was his response: ________ Hi Jay, We try to make the renewal information as obvious as possible for customers during the signup, welcome emails, and in the account settings but it sounds like there's still room to improve here. Did you have some suggestions? I'd love to share them with our product team. That said, we do have a refund policy in place as we're a membership-based service. My hands are tied on issuing a refund because the charge happened at the correct time... but I'd love to find a compromise for you: We can give you an extra 1 year of premium...completely free if you'd like to stay. Or I can offer you a voucher to our company that you can take advantage of when you’re ready to come back and use the service again. At the end of the day, we have one goal: to help people see more of the world by saving them time and money with our product. If you do think there is some value in our product, we'd hate to see you go and would love to have you around to grow with us as our product and service gets better. Please let me know if you are interested in the above options and I'll happily make it happen. ___________ I would NOT recommend this company. I'm still confused as to how I became a member but the fact that he's refusing to offer a refund for a service I do not intend to use while also trying to hook me into keeping a subscription that I am unaware of is very telling.

Always great deals. Saved over $400 a person to Brazil and over $300 a person to Cabo. And that’s just in the last couple months. That adds up when you’re booking for a family of 3.
