Terrible. Will charge you for a subscription you never wanted and then refuse to refund you. This is not hyperbole. Just check their record on the Better Business Bureau if you need any confirmation. Stay as far away from this deceptive company as possible.

Dave, We're so very sorry you've experienced an issue. Customers are expected to manage their account so they're not charged. We cannot assume to do it on their behalf. We do do our best to help our customers though by confirming the price details on sign up, renewal information on sign up, and we send renewal notices a month in advance. Paid for premium plus to help save some money across a mix of personal and business travel for the next year (knew we had a bit coming up). DFC is basically just a random “flights deal” email service. Which really only has value for those that don’t know how to use Google flights and other services, haven’t signed up to things like luxury escapes etc, which provide fuller deals and ability to search. So all in all it’s a waste of money and doubt you would ever recover the money you pay in savings made. Plenty of free services out there for emailed flight deals, plenty more aggregators that package deals and don’t charge the consumer for the service and plenty more ways to find or watch routes for deals like Skyscanner, Momondo Flight, Priceline etc.
