Disappointing Experience
I had a disappointing experience with Dollar Flight Club. Their customer service was subpar, and I faced issues with unresolved charges. It's frustrating when a company falls short in addressing customer concerns promptly. Stay away from this company and their services.

I wish I could leave a 0 rating. Trash, Scam, Bullcrap, a waste of time and money. The customer service number is nonexistent. Don't Do it!!!!!!! I'm reporting them.

Premium plus — Virtually no business class fares
Premium plus memberships claim to give you access to discounted business class fares. I paid to become a premium plus member, and the only business class fares I have been seen since I became a premium plus member approximately 6 months ago have been to two domestic locations — Portland (once) and Las Vegas (many times). When I signed up, I had no idea that they would save all the other business class fares to entice you to pay them even more money. If you are looking for business class fares, this is useless (unless you like Las Vegas).

Business class tickets can vary depending on your departure airports and airline prices. We have a certain criteria that must be meant for something to be considered a "deal". Some weeks you will receive multiple business class tickets while you may go some days/weeks without any just depending on the market/airport. Don't forget to cancel your membership on time
Got a 1 year membership in December 2022 on a black friday promo. Never ended up using it and forgot about it. Was charged upon renewal in December 2023 and requested a refund as soon as I saw the charge. Thought they'd refund it as I hadn't used the service or even logged in for a year, and since most other companies will offer refunds if someone has forgotten to cancel their membership. Was refused a refund despite multiple attempts to do so. Don't know how good the product is, but the customer service could be much better

We do send renewal notifications in advance of any charges so that people have ample time to cancel the renewal. Unfortunately it is the customer's responsibility to cancel their membership. This is a total scam
This is a total scam. Their big savings, are not savings but blatantly obvious pointing to when flights are cheap. And of course, even though I discovered that in first couple of days, they won't refund your money. Save your money and use common sense.

It would be hard to help the company…
It would be hard to help the company improve. Their service is mostly a scam. Little opportunity to actually save money and their policies are their to protect them and allow them to keep every penny they can.
