Hi Jonah, We're sorry for the negative experience you've had. Looking at the support ticket it looks like you were first claiming there was fraud and that you did not receive a renewal notice. I see we confirmed and provided proof that this was not fraud as well as we did send a notice confirming the account would be charged which you confirmed you received.
