Hello, This is not correct. To add Tel-Aviv as a destination you just have to type "TLV" (all caps) as the airport code. We hope this resolves your issue, if not please feel free to message our support team directly at [email protected] -The DFC Team

Hi Justin, We completely understand and apologize for the frustration regarding our concierge service. Unfortunately we decided as a business we could no longer offer concierge services at this time. We have a great partnership with Layla and do believe our members will benefit from that service. Again, we're sorry for the frustration and will be happy to answer any questions regarding the transition. -The DFC Team

Hi! We're happy that you've brought this feedback to us as we consider and appreciate all feedback. We're sorry you've not yet found deals to your liking. Our deals are based on a few factors here. 1) The departure as well as Destination airports you have set will determine the deals you receive. 2) The deals we send are then determined by the airlines(in this case understandably Spirit and Frontier are budget airlines so they will have a lot more deals than Delta, United, and many other major airlines. 3) The deals also depend on the size of your departure airports as some airports will receive a higher number of deals based on the business or the traffic of that airport. We'd love to look at your account and see if we can assist in getting more preferred deals suited for you. If you could message our support at [email protected] and reference this ticket we'd be happy to help! -The DFC Team
