The "service" seems to be spammy adverts for partner services and the occasional flight listing. I fell for the "lifetime" membership for a cheap price through Stacksocial. That turns out to just be a trial membership and then they charge you full price going forward. Disappointed in Stacksocial for serving up this garbage. Check to see if anyone promoting this is getting paid, because they probably are.

My experience with dollar flight club is actually great. I was nervous but it is really legit. I saved $272 from Pittsburgh to Vegas

I regularly read the deals from Dollar Flight Club and just saved close to $500 on two DIRECT flights from Washington to Vancouver.

I signed up for DFC's Lifetime Concierge service. Their advertising claims to have your itinerary ready within 14 business days. I reached out to them in late July to get a trip organized for November. First, I did not hear back at all in over 3 weeks. When I reached out again, they said they had a surge and I would hear back in 2 weeks by early September, then asked me some questions about my preferences. I then paused my request to get them more detailed information, then resubmitted my request early September. Did not hear back for a week, and on following up they said they had another surge of requests but that I was "#6 in the queue." One month later in October I still had not heard back at all, not even to say it was in progress or delayed, And at this point the hotels and flights were booking up and rising in price for my early November trip in less than a month, so I cancelled my request since it was clear it was nowhere near done. I told them so, and they replied saying "There was an increase that happened for September and October. We apologize greatly for this!" It is unclear to me, given they were unresponsive and delayed in August, September, and October, whether they ever deliver itineraries on time or even deliver them at all. Unfortunately their trial is only cancellable within 1 week after purchase, and I fell for their marketing claim of a limited time offer deal and bought it in July when I wasn't booking a trip. So now I am out $199 and have received zero service from them and very poor communication.

I was able to get over $332 off of my ticket to Chicago. That was per person! I booked for 3 people so a total of saving $996 for our family getaway in january. I’m super grateful for DFC for the suggestions and Can't wait for my upcoming trip!
