Good but still hard to find a sitter at times.
Overall I like the website but recently could not find one of my regular sitters because the website had dropped her off the active list because of not meeting their level of rebookings. For someone who is particular about who my dog stays with this was very disappointing and it was difficult for me to book. I think this is very dishonest of the site to do.

We hope to offer better clarity as to why a Host may be temporarily removed from search results. We do have automatic features in place that may temporarily hide a Hosts profile in Search Results based on their responsiveness and/or booking history. We take responsiveness very seriously, and this feature is in place to ensure all Guests are reaching available Hosts, and to ensure Hosts are responding to all Guest inquiries.
