This was my first experience leaving a dog, since I had to go away on business. Carleen was great with the dog. Despite my reservations since it is a new rescue dog, she just went with the flow and did not get worried about anything (including the fact that my plane was delayed and I was 2 hours later picking up than I thought I would be.)

Being new to the area, I was concerned about finding a sitter for my fur baby. I travel quite a bit for work and leaving my dog with someone that will love on him as much as I do. I've now used three different sitters in the area and have been so impressed with each of them! They send pictures and updates and he always looks so happy and comfortable.

My dogs get their own min-vacation. They aren't at a kennel. They are in a home where they are treated like princesses!

A new experience for us! Our lab needed a safe and loving place to stay while we took a short trip, so we explored our options with DogVacay. We were introduced to Renee and her lovely family and home. Not only did our dog enjoy staying with her dogs, but we were happier leaving her with such nice "dog people" rather than in a kennel. We have already reserved Scarlett's next stay.

I love using DogVacay. I can get a pet sitter within a couple hours at a decent price close to where I live. It's really easy and the people on here are great!

Love the idea, as I dislike kennels and the very idea of being charged for 15 minute walks when that's the whole point of looking after dogs! They need more than 15 minutes of cuddle/walk time. The interface of the app could be improved on. That said, I've not had any trouble so far, and would use them again.
