Helpful staff and great host- what more could you ask for?

We have been using DogVacay's services for over 2 years now, and have found their sitters to be very professional, caring, and loving to their pet guests. We have a few favorites that we use several times a year, and our JRT has bonded to them, and looks forward to staying with them. Our DogVacay sitters are our Pippy's home aways from home!

When I moved to the Cities I was beside myself with what I was going to do with my little fur baby while on vacation. I found Dog Vacay and did some thorough searching for the perfect 2nd home for my dog. I checked out a couple of different people and met up with them with my dog to get a good feel for what I was looking for. My dog ultimately chose with her happy body language where she was most comfortable. We have used this service several times now and my dog goes crazy with excitement every time we drop her off and she is happy and healthy and tired every time we pick her up. I don't worry about her which makes my vacation so much more worth it. It seems like just about every time I start to wonder how she is doing I get a text with a picture of her swimming after a goose, or running in a dog park, or just happily lounging on a chair. It does feel a bit expensive but It's the whole package and I have peace of mind and she is getting a vacation of her own.

We have been pleased with DogVacay and our dog definitely prefers personal treatment in someone's home over living in a crate in a kennel.

Have let our dog Sophie stay with Lori several times over the past year. Lori is wonderful with all her pets. Sophie loves being there and Lori provides her with so much love and attention. I never worry about Sophie's safety or care. I would recommend Lori's services to anyone.
