Using your website to find a sitter was good- easy in fact. Booking a sitter has required me to call your help desk each time. Your website defies logic (at least mine) but I have only been into computers/computing since 1972. Your help people have always provided friendly assistance. I give your services an "A" but your website a "C+."

Great customer service helps with any problems very quickly. Would defenitely recommend.

I have used DogVacay several times now and have had a great experience with the exception of this last time. Though it was not the fault of DogVacay, I had two cancellations in a row in a very short period of time. Life happens as we all know, but it was quite stressful since it was within a week of my Vacay. I'm not sure what can be done to insure this doesn't happen again, but it tainted my overall experience. On a good note, those I have left my girl with have been extremely responsible. They have provided caring homes with the type of environment I provide at my own home. I much prefer having this service to using a boarding facility that has a general population for the dogs during the day and a cage at night.

Through DogVacay we were able to find a great family to care for our pup while we were away. It was so nice to be able to stay in contact and receive updates - she was cared for as if she was their own and we felt happy knowing she was comfortable and safe in a loving home. We will definitely use DogVacay again!

I contacted a nearby sitter who had a couple good reviews and set up a one day daycare to see how my dog would do. She was good so we set up a couple day trip and everything worked as planned. The key to this website is your dogvacay is only as good as your dog sitter. Reviews help and doing a trial run is something that probably should be suggested. I know that whevever I have left my dog at a boarding place I would try to do a couple days of daycare so it's not just a sudden abandonment. Anywho, I am very thankful for this site connecting me to a great dog sitter.

I love the idea of "AirBnB" for your dog. Once I signed up, it was easy to find a provider and make arrangements. One disappointment was the number of people who just seem to want some extra money for letting your dog stay at their home while they go about their normal lives. My dog is not used to being alone all day One guy advertised that he worked 5 min. from home so he went home to walk the dog(s) at lunch time. In our second message, before any meet and greet, he told me that he wouldn't go home at lunch time. I know there is a place for providers to note if the dogs will be supervised 24/7, but perhaps you should have categories where they can say "somewhere in between". Or I can filter out those people who work 40 hours a week.

I used DogVacay for the first time to find a sitter for my dog and it was an easy process. The main values they provide: 1) Handling the payment process 2) Collecting and sharing reviews of potential sitters 3) Locating sitters near you and providing their availablity The only negative part for me is that you have to pay the sitter before you have had a chance to meet and vet them. You rely on their refund process to work- haven't had a chance to test that yet thankfully.
