I used to take my dog Sam to a vet/doggie daycare/boarding establishment. He wasn't happy so I looked for other options and found DogVacay. In-home boarding, flexibility, security, and peace of mind is what I got with DogVacay. Sam loves it and I feel better about boarding him now. We have used 3 doggie vacay families and have had excellent dog care from all three. I like that you meet the families before hand, that the sitters provide you photos and updates while you are away, and the standards required of the dog owners ( proof of dog immunizations, flea/ tick care, etc.)

Its a scary thing to just hand over your dog to a stranger, but the meet and greet process, plus reviews made my decision more comforting. I got pictures and text message all throughout the day to let me know my dog was ok. My dog had a GREAT time and i had ease of mind while I was away. My experience was great and I have been recommending DogVacay to everyone!
