Great product, fast accurate delivery

We already ordered the collar. It was working really good to help us control our German Shepherd, but one of our puppies chewed the charger cord, so I had to order another cord. The collar came real quick & I'm hoping the charger will to, because without using the collar , she is right back to acting up & being aggressive to my other dogs. I really like this collar because of the control that I have with her. This is a good trustworthy company. We ordered collars years ago from them & this is why we came back to purchase this one.

Dogtras website and. Customer service leave a lot to be desired. When you search for, a specfic item within the website you are redirected to Google sites with sites and I,to unrelated to dogtra website. As well the filters to help sift through the scrolling product list is not effective. Finally, in this day and age to charge for delivery,is archaic. And to have slow delivery is ridiclous. It was a Friday and overnight for 40 bucks for delivery in a Monday? Please! People use e collars for,a reaso, and cannot wait for these people to get with the times. Ridliclous. I will be changing collars as soon as I do research but to say these people need to get with the times is an understatement.

I had question they got right back to me via email. I received my order very quickly and my 282C is awesome product.

We lost our Dogtra bark collar during Hurricane Harvey (live in Houston). We were so impressed with the first Dogtra collar, we replaced / upgraded to the YS600!
