I am very glad you have the little charging spring I needed and the price is awesome but they charge eight dollars shipping for something that would fit in a envelope with one stamp on it is kind of silly… If I did not need it so bad I would just make my own instead of getting ripped off, the girl I spoke with was really nice though

Great customer service on phone, found what was wrong what I needed on website easily.

The product is top notch but I had to return an item and the customer service is lacking. I couldn't get an email response from them in a timely manner after sending the package back. Trying to call was very difficult also. I tried the toll free number first but it kept automatically disconnecting me. I tried the local phone number next and had to try 4 times before anyone answered.

When I picked up my two Weimaraners from dog training boarding school they each had on a Dogtra collar and I was presented with the Controller unit. Since that day, almost 7 years ago, I have come to rely on their Dogtra collars to keep my ever-curious loved-ones in line, when necessary (like to stop them from barking at the chickens next door), or to call them in when they are outside playing around in freezing weather.

I originally ordered from Dogtra because my dog trainer spoke very highly of the product. with Dogtra you do not get "cheap" you get "quality." I am very happy with my product, packaging was very neat, and timely.
