DogtraReviews of dogtra.com

Wonderful company and I’m happy I was introduced to them by the best...Top Tier K9

I love Dogtra products. We misplaced our transmitter and ordered a new one. Shipment came in about 4 days. I called customer service to get it linked to the collar and the service rep was great. Very satisfied.

Quick response to my inquiry. An efficient handling of my repair issue.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable! I will make sure to continue recommending this company to everyone. Products work great!

I received email confirmations of someone else’s order including their home address and contact information. I notified Dogtra of the privacy breach and they did not respond.

Gave me options that saved me $200.

I had realized I purchased the wrong item after speaking with my dog trainer and immediately called Dogtra to try to cancel shipping. I spoke with Nick and not only did he assist with cancelling my order placed the day before but he also tried to see if there was a better choice for my pups e collar. Wonderful service!! I also was helped before by Amanda with a different online order. My trainer just became a distributor and I’ll continue to use Dogtra and recommend them highly

Great Company, quick easy shipment and the product was well packaged, a product I will deffinitely use for life
