Dogtra customer service is very good. My battery issue seems to be resolved. They were quick to send me a new battery charger.

Customer service is good The problem is their product Dogtra 2500 TB E collar is worthless doesn’t work if the dog is out of sight a waste of money. I have an old Dogtra 2000 TB that works in all conditions. Why they dropped the 2000 model I don’t know but what a mistake.

I ordered an extra collar for my dogtra e-collar handheld. (It accommodates two dogs). There was an issue with my order. They emailed me and asked me to call them. The representative was very efficient and professional. He patiently answered all of my questions, directed me to youtube videos to learn how to work with the unit and also tole me that when I received the additional collar, if I needed any assistance linking it to my existing handheld unit, to simply call and they would walk me through whatever process. i found the service to be high quality and I'm very happy with the e-collar I have now. Looking forward to being able to train two dogs with the same handheld.
