As an auditory learner, I got great service today. Shaun was SUPER patient with me. He walked me through setting up several aspects of my new Pathfinder Mini Compass collar. He then sent me an email and encouraged me to reach out again with any questions. I feel ready to put my collar into use.

When using the GPS e-fence Dogtra collars my two black labs do not leave the e-fenced area. Before these collars, if someone wasn't with them, they had to be in their kennels. I love to walk our 40 acre farm site with my dogs and now I can also let them roam alone on our farm, monitoring them from the house. I am 65 years old this year and not so good with technology. The Dogtra support staff is fantastic, available, timely, respectful, pleasant and very effective. If you found otherwise, you likely were communicating with a "copycat company", which I have also experienced. The Dogtra support team knows their product, helps you use it and is great to work with.
