Extremely Easy! Thank You!

This collar and controller has been in use with my juvenile husky for a couple of months now, and after all of that time, I can tell you that I'm very pleased with its effectiveness. I really appreciate the wide range of settings that the system permits, and have been pleased to see that my dog (who is strong-willed and free-spirited, like most huskies) responds to it with a very low setting, even at some distance. In fact, lately I've been noticing that the vibration feature is enough to break him from undesirable behaviors. I have only needed to use the static reminder a few times ... and when the collar goes on him, he seems to know that this means he must be more careful with himself. He's learning to be a well-behaved dog, and the Dogtra collar has been a great help in that effort.

Dogtra has been a trusted system with myself and other trainers for several years now. I personally prefer Dogtra systems over any other brand because I know this system is safe and will not correct a dog when it is not needed. So many other e collars and remote systems that are found "cheaper" else where or in your every day pet store have proven over and over again to short out and nick the dog when it is not supposed to happen, in turn causing trauma. With the Dogtra systems , when used appropriately and while working with an experienced trainer, it is guaranteed to be safe and effective without having to be heavy handed or over correcting the dog. I have shepherds that swim with their Dogtras on and they have never shorted out or caused trauma to my dogs! Every single one of my friends and fellow trainers have used the Dogtra systems for years and never have a problem with them and achieve great results and end up with happy dogs! With the Dogtra systems, the user is in total control of everything! The user/handler is in charge of when to use it and what settings are being used so it minimizes the risk of over correcting ! Many great things have been accomplished with the Dogtra training systems and is and will always be, the only brand I use going forward. High energy and high drive dogs that struggle with focus and recall as well as many other issues have done extremely well with Dogtra. Training with the Dogtra systems has literally allowed many people to keep their dogs in the loving homes they deserve as opposed to having to give them up due to the lack of experienced trainers or the ability to help dogs over the many challenges that they all face at times. Very helpful in helping dogs to make better choices and get rewarded for those better choices. Truly and easier and kinder way to combine corrections and rewards and have the dog be happier and well rounded.

First time ordering a replacement part. Customer service was very helpful and efficient.

Everything was simple and easy as online shopping should be. The only issue I had was that I needed the splitter for the 280NCP charger and that number wasn't listed on the main page; I had to open each of the three splitters listed to see which one was for the 280. After I opened the first one and saw it wasn't listed on there, I clicked the "back" button and I had to redefine my search again- which happened twice because it was the third splitter listed. Not a huge issue at all, by any means, but if you wanted feedback here it is! I love these products and always recommend them. Stacie
