LEGIT!!!! They offered a free trial, I used it but decided at this time didn't need additional help, so I cancelled. I will definitely use them again though

The ease of signing up was easy, the document downloading not so easy for a senior with minimal experience with downloading documents. The ease to cancel not so easy BUT the chatting with Mai or Mia(sorry forgot how to spell name) was efficient and enough to help with cancellation.
