Could not find compressed file easily and once I did it only went from 18 mb to 17mb. Possible user error but not a great experiance

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating that can be. In some cases, the reduction in file size may be minimal depending on the original file content and compression settings. I like how I could just answer…
I like how I could just answer questions and the document was written for me, but I don’t like how I couldn’t alter the document at all after the fact. For example: the document ended up being 3 pages simply because one of the signature lines didn’t fit, I was hoping to make it so the document was two pages or move all the signatures to the third page.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you found the guided questionnaire helpful in creating your document. We understand your concern regarding post-download editing and formatting. Depending on the file format selected, some documents may have limited flexibility once generated. We recommend downloading the document in an editable format (such as Word) so you can adjust layout elements like signature placement and page length as needed. We appreciate your input and will continue working to improve flexibility for our users.
