PATHETIC..WORST and FRUSTRATING SERVICE
PATHETIC... WORST and FRUSTRATING SERVICE. 3 days they told me that they are working with logistic department and when I escalated then they told me that my parcel sent with standard shipping instead of priority shipping for which they charged me separately...It seems me kind of bluff..

Dear Gloria Solanki, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Currently, we do not have any orders placed with us. Please forward the order confirmation email to [email protected] or reach out to us at +18552534782 for more clarification and we'll be happy to assist you further. Customer Happiness Team, Distacart.com Dear Gloria Solanki, As per the order number, it seems to be a recent new website with such orders and a few of the customers reported the same. The fake website is www.dista-cart.com where there is a hyphen between dista and cart. We request you to report and raise dispute for the order. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team.
