Booked cruise in Dec 2021 for Christmas for 4. Trying to cancel for weeks with no email response. Spent hours on hold. I paid for insurance. I can no longer travel due to health diagnosis, not COVID.

Disney, Please forward this to the filmmakers and vice presidents and CEO. I watched the Disney Pixar movie called Turning Red -- not knowing anything about the movie other than it was supposed to be a children's film. It is obvious that Disney is no longer a "Family Company" and decided that they want to indoctrinate and wanted to pander to "woke" ideas and ideologies. You do NOT promote strong families and are insistent on teaching disrespect to parents, family disunity and discord, and siding with values such as abortion, homosexuality, transgenderism, and anti-Christian ideas and sentiments. Specific to Red Panda, why on Earth are you teaching in a CHILDREN'S movie topics like: My body, my choice -- aka abortion Just a simple mostly painless procedure -- also abortion Women's periods That friendship is superior to family ties Every woman goes through the simple mostly painless procedure Making men seem weak and docile Making mothers seem overbearing and tyrannical Children can do what they want with disregard to consequences Disrespect to authority The idealization of consumerism The lack of importance of religion This is the most awful movie. As a company, it is obvious that you now value "woke" ideas and are appealing to a small minority rather than your family customer base. I am so grateful I previewed this movie before letting my children see it. We decided to cancel all Disney services, avoid your theme parks, and we never again intend to purchase Disney tickets, merchandise, and theme park tickets. My wife and I also looked at other movies about how you started preaching woke ideologies and LGBQ sentiments in your movies and it is obvious that your values are based on trying to steer children and families to accept ideas that are based on indoctrination, rather than family values. In addition, your company seems set on destroying good positive icons such as Luke Skywalker, Hans Solo, Woody from Toy Story, and others turning them into perverts and deadbeats. The more that you steer away from family values, the more that parents like me and my wife will stop purchasing your services and goods -- and we are not alone. You are likely aware that about a decade ago people trusted your brand with abouat 90% approval rating and now surveys state that people trust the Disney brand 55%. Keep catering to the "woke mob" and you will start seeing steep declines in revenue and hopefully your company can soon return to values such as Snow White praying; Jimminy Cricket teaching 'let your conscience be your guide' (compared to Frozen's Elsa singing 'Let it go... there is no right or wrong'); the value of mothers (such as in Peter Pan); and general principles of kindness, respect, honesty, doing the right thing, family unity, and having lessons and morals in your movies.

We're spending over £20,000 on our holiday and cannot book a single restaurant. The website is not allowing us to click on days 60+10 even though we're staying on disney property and now every single restaurant has totally booked up and there is a 2 hour phone wait. Totally disgusted and I feel like we have been tricked in to this Disney holiday when actually it isn't worth it one bit. Will never book a holiday with Disney again and will be trying EVERYTHING in my power to get this one cancelled. I cannot believe that even being sat there ready at the wait for the MINUTE the reservations open 2 months before we still haven't been able to book ONE SINGLE restaurant for our whole 16 day stay.

Dont bother with multi day passes. We brought 14 day passes. Had 1 good day at Magic Kingdom. The rest of the parks were terrible. Overcrowded and full of misserable people on mobility scooters. Tried to go back to Magic Kingdom only to be told we had to wait out side the gate until 2pm before we could enter the park. This is a new rule brought in due to "covid". How having a bunch of people wait outside a park helps prevent covid transmission is beyond me. Looks like disneyvare cashing in on the covid restrictions by reducing staff and attractions.

This is the absolute worst company in America. It used to be the happiest place on earth now it the worst place on earth. Save you money (a lot of it) and go the any other park in Florida or elsewhere. They treat their employees horribly and I’d nickel and diming the American people. I wish I can rate it 0 stars

I will not return until the park is more inclusive to the traditional family.

Disney has become perversion. Because the ceo woman has 2 gender confused kids, all of disney audience must watch 50% gay stuff. How arrogant.Just make a disney lgbt etc etc etc offering and leave the rest of America alone. And that creepy ad to tell kids not to let their parents see what they are doing because disney does not want them to...beyond perverse. I will never spent another cent with disno-perversion.
