My husband and I walked in and got passes when my daughter walked up she had to go on a different line ...not the way a trip to the happiest place in the world is supposed to start

We bought a 4 day ticket for 2 adults and on the morning of our last day before park opened we got a phone call that my mother in law had died unexpectedly and we left to get home. on our way home I Tried calling WDW guest services to find out what options were with our last unused already purchased tickets and waited 2hrs and finally gave up. Called again 24 hrs later and waited 1 hour and finally got in touch with someone. I explained what had happened and the person I spoke with was sympathetic but she asked me if we stopped by guest services before we left to tell them what had happened. I told her that honestly that was not a thought in our minds after we got the call from family at 7:00 am about my mother in law passing away. Plus I told her we were not staying at a WDW resort. We had our camper and we tried to stay at Fort Wilderness when we first bought tickets back in November of 2021 but there was nothing available so we stayed at Tropical Palms RV about 10 minutes from the parks. Then the guest services lady said she needed to talk with their escalataed guest services department and so I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and then she said that there was nothing they could do with our last day unused already purchased tickets. There’s No reason that WDW could not make those tickets good for another time in the future. Supposedly “the happiest place on earth “ likes to just flat out rob you. They just don’t care that they will keep your money. This is not the great customer service. WDW should be ashamed of themselves during this Very sad and difficult and stressful time to visitors with a death in the family or a family emergency.

We had such a fun experience at Disney World. It's not as cheap as it used to be but we would go again in a heartbeat.

Everything is a money grab. Not the value it was. Prices gone up due to “Covid” yet service and offerings gone doi en. This lightning plus crap is bs and a total waste. Before you can plan ahead with fast passes but now you have to wake at 7am, pay and then hopefully get your preferred times. Good luck on the popular rides, instantly booked for the day after 7am and a few seconds. After years at Disney, I’m done with it. Just cancelled my chase Disney card about my 6 night stay and will never be back.

The staff, environment, and drinks were great! I got a souvenir drink to take home and they give you a sealed one to take with you. Unfortunately it was damaged and there is no way to contact them about it at all. I wrote to guest services and got an automated response saying they would get back to me within 10 days, but nothing. I sent another and the same thing. Once I was finally able to talk to a person they transferred me around for 2 hours just to tell me that they aren't going to do anything about it. They said I should have gone online and called the number on the website (which I checked on the phone with them and confirmed with them that it was not posted anywhere). At this point it is just past 30 days and they will not help me any more. Just disappointed.

Gone are the days where Disney was a Magical Place...Don't even bother calling; they leave you on hold for over 5 hours, and even when you get through, they will disconnect you if they don't have the answer or honestly don't feel like dealing with the question! It is HORRIBLE, and I can't believe the company is not privy to the terrible customer service. With the cost of a Disney Vacation, you would think the company could hire many customer service agents...and HELP their visitors. It is a sad sign for where Walt Disney World is headed...Walt would be very disappointed.

When we signed up for our yearly passes, we weren't informed that NONE of the trams to ANY of the parks in Disney World from the parking lots to the entrances are running. Although I don't have a Disability Placard, I have asthma, and it has also been extremely difficult to walk a long distance since my two knee replacements. We were directed into a parking lot that was at least a mile's walk to get to an entrance ---where we had to wait in line an additional 20 minutes to take a monorail ride to the true entrance to the Magic Kingdom. The reverse experience leaving the park was even more horrible because the monorail wait line was enormous after the fireworks, and time extended to standing in wait for almost 40 minutes. Then another mile long walk back to our car to end the day. Disney has not provided any benches or areas where a customer could rest along the way. After a full day in the Magic Kingdom, even an Olympic gold medal winner would be exhausted and disappointed by the time they arrived at their car. Preferred Parking would have placed us closer to the park but would cost our family an additional $45. Guests are also NOT informed that MOST of the "family affordable" sit down restaurants in the Magic Kingdom actually close 2 FULL HOURS prior to the fireworks. We walked from Tomorrowland at around 5:30 to have dinner at Columbia Harbour House on the other side of the park. A lady standing at the entrance turned us away because it had already closed. She sent us to Pinochhio's Village House, where we were also turned away because it was closed as well. He sent us to Sleepy Hollow Restaurant, where we were also turned away. We finally arrived in Adventureland at Pecos Bill's Tall Tale Cafe just in time to be told that only online orders were being filled. 30 minutes later, after learning how to do that, we finally sat, exhausted, disappointed, and angry with a hamburger to eat our dinner. In short, it was an expensive and NOT SO VERY MAGICAL day for our family. We expected better from Disney.
