For starters, it’s more expensive than ever before. Sorry that $14,000,000 a day that they make isn’t enough. Most importantly, they need to get rid of Fast Pass and any current or future variations of it. They have been dead wrong on their wait times by more than 50% so when they tell you 90 minutes and you wait over 2 hours, someone isn’t doing their job correctly. Food is also terrible except for Epcot. Can’t they get a decent burger or chicken sandwich? Wont be renewing my annual pass again here. Universal here I come.

Putting all politics aside . Disney was the perfect magical place where everyone could just have a wonderful experience. my husband and i have visited with our family from the u.k. annually for the past 29years . We booked to bring our family in 2020 paying £25000 ( a lot of savings) based on previous outstanding holidays . We stay at a deluxe disney resort to have the benefit of Disney dining , free parking, magic hours and advanced booking of fast passes . Due to covid it was cancelled so we left the holiday as a voucher to redeem as soon as we were allowed. We rebooked after 2 years to be told the price had increased £3000 no disney dining but a room credit , 2 rooms $138 a day breakfast for 7 of us cost €250 a day . No free parking , no fast passes . we had to pay extra to guarantee getting on rides my grandchildren had set their hearts on . Most of my time was spent on the App trying to organise rides and dining . Not very relaxing . But what i can’t forgive you for is ruining the magic. Before the fireworks in magic kingdom you roped off mainstreet and instead of supervising crossing from Casey corner to the ice cream parlour you sent families round the back of the buildings ( not normally visible , looks like warehouses etc ) to join back into the park by the front entrance. My small grandchildren asked is this what disney really looks like? . Shame on you . never in all our years have i seen that side . I think you have forgotten what Disney stood for and replaced it with greed . i’m sorry to say the magic for us is over

This place is a scam. It's not family friendly and it's a rip off.

Terrible organization who is pushing their pride agenda on the children. Over priced and overrated. We will never step foot on your grounds again.

Used to make great cartoons. Now they make terrible, dirty stuff without taste and spirit. Bad

An employee joyfully snatch an engagement ring out of a guests hands to move them 4 feet away from where they were. When a large crowd of people got mad the employee laughed. Never seen behavior this bad from an employee anywhere, ever.

May 2022 visit to DW With great sadness I report that Disney has lost it's magic. We have been to Disney many times and own DVC. We purchased DVC many years ago when our girls were young and have many happy vacation memories. The last two times we went have been disappointing and frustrating. The costs are going up so much it is painful and Disney keeps removing some of the perks (free magic bands, Disney transportation to and from airport, fast pass, etc.). Our favorite buffet dinner at Cape May Cafe has now started charing an additional $30/lb for snow crab legs and is no longer included in the per person cost. Since they started charging $15/day/person for fast passes, the lines for standby have become much longer as they prioritize fast pass guests. If/when more people pay the extra, I can see this will be an even longer wait. They have priced the average family out of the market. Probably the final nail in the coffin is when Disney decided to wade into politics, where they do not belong. Disney used to cater to children and their families. Children should not have to learn about complex topics that are not appropriate for them. My girls are grown, but I would have had a hard time explaining why the male Haunted Mansion CM was wearing a dress and still supporting our beliefs. It is clear that Disney policies align with whatever makes them the most profit, abandoning any principles they once had. This review and others like it will be ignored until Disney starts losing money.

I used to love going to The Magic Kingdom/Epcot. Now it’s way too expensive. If I’m going to spend that kind of money, I might as well go to Europe.
