Shout out to Charmine in Online Customer Service. She was so helpful, answered all of our questions, and was a joy to talk to. She was very pleasant and we had a good laugh about the rides! Thank you, Charmine, for a wonderful experience 😊 (it’s hard to find this level of customer service today)

I just want to give a shout out to the rep Maria Kendricks who helped me with something online. She was so kind and gracious and was able to mail me a postcard I wanted from the character breakfast when my toddler ripped mine. (I’m making a scrapbook). I thought it was going to be such a stretch, but she was awesome and set it up! Thanks Maria!

Party of 10 in Disney with 2 autistic children. We had a great time, but only because we were prepared to throw money at avoiding the lines. The main issue we had is Disney can not cope if more than 1 child in the party has a disability. Then splitting the party into 2 they advised against and we’re correct to do so. We had granddad and grandma there not to go on the rides but as carers , there is no reduced carer rate unlike many other attractions. Because only 1 child could be disabled we ended buying expensive genie plus services to get into rides, we also bought individual lightening lanes as we could only DAS 6 when we needed to get 8 on long queue rides which did not take genie plus. To make all this happen we also needed magiband plus for 10, so in all an additional 2000 usd dollars, most of which we did not plan for. I reported this to Disney and simply got a reply saying it would be reported to senior management, customer service speak for we will ignore you. Disney sometimes more than 1 child in the party is disabled please recognise this and update your systems accordingly Why have I updated this ??? . Because Disney did care, took the time to call me, listened to me, acknowledged there were issues. I reviewed too early and was too cynical so sorry Disney and thank you for your time understanding and showing you cared for something other than the dollars.

My partner & I took a trip to Disney with our two children ages 11. We had an excellent trip. We visited Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot. The fireworks were beautiful and spectacular! They even had them in the rain. Avatar is my favorite ride and the Na’Vi River Journey is a must at Animal Kingdom. Soarin & Test Track at Epcot is also great and incredible. It’s a small world is always so much fun. The new ride: Guardians of the Galaxy was horrible for my boyfriend and I, it made us extremely sick and wrecked our evening. We had to leave the park and go home. We had asked the employee of the ride before who described it as being similar to Space Mountain which is completely false. It’s an indoor roller coaster that is extremely fast but also spins you in the dark with colors and lights and music. Not good for virtigo or the faint at heart . Worst ride I’ve ever done. The kids didn’t mind it. We love Disney. We loved the Safari and seeing all the animals. Little mermaid ride is also cute. It’s a bug life is fun and the Lion King a good show. The aquarium at Epcot is beautiful. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend bringing snacks and your own water since water is very expensive. Dinner at the rain forest cafe is very good and a special experience. But you must reserve. We plan to go back in a few years.
