Was injured at Disney hotel trying to get claims team involved they rude put phone down on me won't answer my call back shocking treatment

We have been to Disney 7-8 times. This time it seems it’s lost it’s way. I never would have thought Disney would become political. Disney should worry about just being theme park and that’s it. I am a Native American and I don’t need reminded of the wrongs of the past. Time to move on and let’s leave the woke B.S. behind. Get back to entertaining kids. Little girls want to see Cinderella not Cinderfella!! There is a place and a time for that and it’s not there. Too bad a good thing has seen it’s day. No need to go back, I guess Universal Studios it will be going forward.

Have spent over 5 hours on hold in aggregate to make a booking and then to try get a refund where Disney charged me more than I was told on the phone. When I escalated customer service rep promised to email me back with a resolution. Still waiting for a response…

On hold for nearly 2 hours after being "disconnected" previously. The customer service representative was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. I am floored that people insist Disney has the best customer service. I would never recommend their theme parks or cruise line....both extremely overpriced. The woman did absolutely nothing to help the situation, just kept trying to argue with me. When I asked her not to, she laughed at me. I had her on speaker phone, as I know to do with these situations and everyone in the room heard how rude she was. I even let her know I had screenshots of my reservations and page I viewed and she kept wanting me to read her what it said from the screenshots. I asked for an email address I could easily forward them to prove I was not a liar, as she kept insinuating. She said that wouldn't be necessary and proceeded to lose my business. They customers like dirt, Walt must be rolling in the grave. Very sad!!!

This company is so ignorant that the have destroyed the youth of every adult by remaking the trash remakes to support a political, democratic, party. When did a kids network company decide to indoctrinate and ruin children. I hope all parents boycot Disney til Walt comes out of cryo and burns for his legacy.

We visited Disney Orlando in August. We had a 14 day ticket on day 12 we were told our ticket had expired. We went to guest services and they reactivated the ticket the following day we went to Typhoon Lagoon to be told again our ticket had expired and they could not help us we were told we needed to visit Disney Springs guest services which we did they sorted the ticket again but took us around an hour messing about. Very disappointing at the end of a great holiday we felt the staff at Typhoon Lagoon just couldn’t be bothered.

I haven't bought anything since 2017... why did u remove club penguin? Absolute dogs*it company!
