Absolutely horrible. I always ordered thru Aculens and this company apparently bought them Well I tried to cancel order within min and could not online. Called, held for 11 min, left message with no call back. Sent 2 emails still no response and just called & was forced to leave message again. Absolutely worst company ive ever dealt with.

Contacts never came! I placed an order on 7/26, today is 8/5 & verification is still pending. I am disputing the charge with my bank. Don’t make the same mistake all of us did ordering from this company.

Since company changed (with no notification), customer service is now abysmal. I have not received my order and cannot get ahold of anyone to cancel and get a refund, despite multiple attempts. Do not use this company.

Same thing as the others. Long time AC lens customer and I have been burned noe by discount contacts. I placed an order and it never came. I've called and emailed several times for a refund and have received absolutely nothing back! Done with you.

Save yourself money and stress and don’t even bother with this company. I paid for my son’s lenses which they were quick to take the money from me! Verification pended over a week and went nowhere. Could not reach anyone by phone nor email to check on the status, after multiple calls of 30 plus minutes on hold, I cancelled my order via online. Received confirmation it was cancelled and I would get a refund within 3-5 business days. They took my money and ran. The crappy thing is my bank wouldn’t even refund me the money because the charge completely disappeared. Do Not Order from them!!!

I am trying to place an order and the eye dr says Discount Contacts must have some info wrong for one of the packs of lenses they are selling. I have called the Discount Contacts1-800 # about 10 times and the number is out of service or the call cannot be completed...I will not be ordering from this company. I see a similar review left 4 hours ago.

IT'S A SCAM!!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could I was searching for the lowest price contacts because my insurance wouldn't cover them, so placed an order with this "company" on 7/7 and paid extra for them to be expedited. I received a confirmation email, like normal that said there was a 1-2 day processing time and that my order would ship on 7/10. It is now 7/24, and I still have not received any shipping confirmation. I have sent multiple emails to their "customer care" with no response, and when I try to call their 1-800 number to speak with customer service, it tells me my call cannot be complete at this time. I'm now in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau.
