Extremely low IQ customer support and perscription verification process... I uploaded multiple perscriptions on 1 image, as they don't allow you to add multiple images, and they only read one of them and denied the rest. My order was stuck in limbo for a week as they couldn't figure out that I have multiple perscriptions on one image. I could not even cancel the order, and customer support never responded to my multiple emails with each image separated and extremely detailed explanation. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered and received the contact lenses. What bother me about the process is that there was no communication. At first I thought this company is a fake and kept checking the account to check for updates. It took awhile for my credit card to clear and they finally shipped the product. It was really strange with no communication from them.

Shortly after ordering my contacts, I got an email that what I ordered was out of stock and would be delayed by 5 to 7 business days. However, when I called to check, it was going to take much longer. They were unwilling to change my order to boxes with a different quantity for the same price. I ASKED if it was too late to cancel, and the response I received was, “your order has been canceled. The email has been sent.” Customer service people were rude and not helpful. I would never trust this company to get your contacts to you in a timely fashion.

Hands down one of the best online experiences for my contact lenses. I ordered and within the day my prescription was verified and on its way to me. I will never use anyone else for my contact lens needs.

Excellent service and support from this company! My contact lenses were back ordered and I received prompt email notification that they would be delayed. They shipped right on the day they said they would be shipping and arrived the very next day. Unfortunately the lenses didn't work out for me but they honored their return policy with a prompt and full refund. Fantastic company, highly recommended, will be buying from them regularly in future.

Just like everyone says. Impossible to get in touch with said my lenses were on backorder for over 2 months.

The contacts are outdated or fake. Don’t trust this company.

I have placed my order 2 months ago and I still don’t have the contacts I ordered and there is nowhere for me to get a hold of them! This company is a joke and seem completely untrustworthy! They took my money but haven’t sent anything at all! Don’t waste your time or money with these cons
