UPDATE: THEY SENT ME REPLACEMENT LENSES AND STILL GOT IT WRONG. I was sent the opposite prescription (+ instead of -). It also took nearly two weeks for my contacts to arrive so I ran out, and now I’ll have to wait longer for them to make it right. There’s no point in having a prescription verification if they don’t actually verify the prescription. Very disappointed and will not order from Discount Contact Lenses again.

Ordered Contact lenses on 23 June. Received an email on 26 June that I needed to send an updated prescription. Later that same day I sent the updated prescription. 9 days later still had not received my contact lenses. Called on 5 July was told they never received my updated prescription and was given a different email address to send my prescription to. I tried to inform the Agent that the new email address was not the original email address that I previously replied to with my updated prescription on 26 June. I will not be buying anymore contact lenses from this business. There was no accountability for the error on their part. The agent did not want to hear anything about the previous email address that I was given.

Ordered 2 boxes of Acuvue Oasys Max Multifocal lenses (90-day) - much more reasonable prices than ordering directly from doctor and other online sites (even cheaper than another site based in Portugal). There was a short delay of about a week before shipping because the lenses were out of stock. But once in stock, the order shipped via USPS (6 days to west coast) with no issues and arrived in good condition. I will update if any issues once I actually wear the lenses, but don't anticipate any problems.

I ordered 3 pairs of RGP lenses. All 3 right lenses were perfect. All 3 left lenses were off-prescription by about 0.75 diopters. Their e-mailed response: "We suggest you contact your eye doctor to make any of the necessary adjustments." Their mistake cost me $90 (with their 15% discount). ----------------- Update - 3 weeks later: After a round of complaints, DiscountContacts replaced the three bad lenses in the above order in large part because it was a duplicate of an order I had made back in the fall. All 6 lenses in that previous order were perfect! A couple days after receiving the faulty order (decribed above), I discovered that all the left lenses had been cut to the prescription for my right eye; I had 6 lenses that were all the same prescription. The machines used to cut GP lenses are now incredibly accurate. In this case, someone cutting the lenses was obviously asleep.

Slow Slow Slow. I emailed my prescription the same day of the order as noted on their site. Over a week later they emailed me that they were still waiting for my Rx. When I complained they blamed it on me. They have good prices but are not worth the hassle. BTW, I found out you can get the same good prices at Costco online.

I ordered contacts on a, and they came in the mail the very next day! I did pay for expedited shipping, but they came even earlier than I was expecting. The order was perfect and cheaper than other online stores. I am very impressed with my experience and would recommend it, I certainly will order with discountcontactlenses.com again in the future!

overnight ordered, never did ship. now day three and still not here. they gave me my 19.99 overnight back and said they would overnight them now, but i needed the lenses! tomorrow will be four days and counting. obviously they did not fed ex overnight like they said they would. Never make this mistake again.

Horrible experience. My daughter ran out of contacts so I looked online where I could get contacts shipped overnight. There was a 20% off coupon. Great. I paid $19.99 for overnight shipping. I received an email- your contacts are in stock and ready to go. They will be shipping soon. I check my mailbox today. No contacts. I call them. They will not ship until tomorrow and I will get them Thursday. They refunded the $19.99 back to me for overnight. They said they are only human. I depended on them to do what their website said. I will be buying elsewhere. Very low customer rating.
