Discount ContactsReviews of discountcontactlenses.com

Every contact lenses dealer couldn’t fill up my prescription on time. Thanks to Discount Contact, I got my contact lenses less than a month. All others would take 2 months. I really appreciate how easy I could get a live agent comparing to others. I had a great experience with this company, for that I say thank you.

I've been ordering from them a few times. They have real americans that answer phone calls and solve your problems. Their email service is a brick wall so just call their 1-800 number. Phone call waiting time is a couple minutes to 15 minutes. I had faster answer times at 9:30am EDT than I did at 11:30 am EDT when the west coast may be flooding them with phone calls.

I love their prices and that there were no hidden fees. I paid half of what I would have paid elsewhere. I placed my order on the 13th (Tuesday night) and received my contacts on the 19th (Monday). This was using their standard shipping. I could have paid additional for faster shipping. Very positive experience for me.

I have ordered my contact lenses from Discount Contact Lens dot com for many years without any problems. That changed in April 2025 when they were bought by another company. I got a strange email that looked like a robot wrote it, telling me my order would be delayed by three weeks. I replied and asked for someone from customer service to contact me. No one ever did. I was stressed because I was down to my last pair of lenses and needed my order to ship right away. I came close to canceling more than once but decided to wait. To my surprise, the contacts showed up in less than a week. They actually came faster than they would have from 1800 Contacts. I could not believe it. The biggest problem with this company right now is the customer service. They need to fix it. Stop sending the same weird email every night saying the order will be delayed. And if you send emails, use your own logo. Do not use the name of the company that bought you. It confuses people. If you are reading this and thinking about canceling, do not panic. The order will show up. And it might show up faster than you expect.

My experience with DiscountContacts was superb. I will save you all the time and let you know that DiscountContacts had the best prices out of all of those that I checked online, and shipping was super quick! There is even a discount for first time buyers. Highly recommended!

I ordered contacts from them and got worried when they sent me a tracking number that came up showing it was invalid. But to my amazement, the contacts arrived in the mail in less than 2 weeks. I will order from them again.

I bought contacts, and the website is glitchy as heck. It said my order didn’t exist, so I got nervous, especially reading the reviews online here. But a few days later, I got an email that they received my order. A few days after that, it shipped, and a few days after that, it arrived. All in all, it took a little over a week. My advice: use them if you’re not in a rush, but if you’re in a rush, use another company. Also, make sure you enter your prescription and everything correctly the FIRST TIME!

Ordered 2 boxes of Acuvue Oasys Max Multifocal lenses (90-day) - much more reasonable prices than ordering directly from doctor and other online sites (even cheaper than another site based in Portugal). There was a short delay of about a week before shipping because the lenses were out of stock. But once in stock, the order shipped via USPS (6 days to west coast) with no issues and arrived in good condition. I will update if any issues once I actually wear the lenses, but don't anticipate any problems.
