Failing After Years of Good Service
Recent problems with this company after over 10 years of ordering with great results. However, since August (when I attempted to place an order), I've had numerous problems: with their website, updating prescriptions, discount codes, email links and customer service response. I get the impression that they are failing or have gone out-of-business. The only reason I gave them 2 stars now was because they were so 5-star for years. I'll check further, but my suggestion is to avoid ordering until you have had good communication with the company.
