Horrible customer service. Will never order from here again.

Complete scam!! They should not even be able to have a website. I ordered contacts on August 17th. It's September 28th and I still have not received them. The package was supposed to be sent standard UPS and they were apparently sent Mail Innovations which is when they send items in bulk and the USPS picks it up. I don't buy the B***S***!! They are liars! I contacted UPS and USPS and get nowhere. I contacted customer service at discount contracts multiple times and keep getting the run around. They keep saying that if UPS confirms that the package is lost in transit, then they can begin to review the situation. Ridiculous! I want my money back. I paid more than $200. I can't believe they keep getting away with this. Shouldn't we as consumers be protected?? I hope this company is investigated and goes out of business!

I ordered my contacts and received the "correct" lenses per the box. When I put them in I couldn't see things at a distance clearly. I reached out and told them what was going on and that the lenses were defective. They could have cared less and only refunded the unopened boxes even though I cannot use the contacts as they don't work. So I ended up paying over $100 for absolutely nothing. Do not use this company I wish I had checked trust pilot before I ordered

Have used them for several years, no issues. Recently had an issue w an order so i contacted customer service. I will never use discount contacts again.

I have been a long time customer. Since December, I have had SO MANY PROBLEMS with orders. First, they failed to inform me that the prescription had expired. Then, they tried to lie and say that there was insufficient funds. Then, they somehow turned off auto ship. This month (6 months later), I placed an order and now they're claiming there was some "transmission error" between lab and facility regarding my prescription. The only way to fix was to cancel my order. Poor communication, messed up orders and customer service always say no supervisor is available. I suspect they are taking advantage of customers with high prescriptions that can't be filled easily.

After 5 attempts to get my contact prescription ordered, after every order with a different rep each time, it was cancelled. Each time they would tell me they had to cancel to order and I would have to reorder. Each time I had to make an additional payment. Now over $600 tied up for 3-5 days. Take my advice and do not order from this company.

Tried to order in December, the order was "Processing" for weeks. After multiple calls to get it straightened out, they sent the wrong contacts! I was hesitant to give them another chance but the price was right so tried again. Same issue, although this time it said "Processing (SDS Error)". Customer service said it had been cancelled. No explanation. Luckily I checked in on the order two days after placing. Gave up with this company and instead went to Costco. $30 more but at least I know I will be getting what I order.

Submitted order 1; because my optometrist had left certain information off of my prescription, the company didn't do anything with my order. After a while I called and was told of this. I submitted a new prescription with all of the information. I was told to call and place my order over the phone to ensure it went through. I did so. After 10 days, I logged on -- and found that they hadn't put the order through. I would never order from these folks again, unless you're not actually all that worried if your order doesn't go through.
