Great Support. It is not easy supporting all the asp.net versions along with all the versions of Visual Studio and SQL server. Nice to know they started when ASP.net first came out to replace classic asp. I use Mac as my primary pc and downloaded the Azure Data Studio but have common error message when connecting to my sql 2017 database. the web based MS Sql manager that is available in cpanel is sufficient for managing database. Little bit of learning curve compared to SSMS.

I had an issue with a couple of unanswered billing help tickets, but they were resolved. Technical tickets I've had were always promptly and competently addressed. I'm staying.

I searched the helpdesk and did not find a recent ticket. If you have the ticket number please let our tech support know and they can look into what happened to that ticket. This customer has been with us since 2007 and I see many tickets from prior years which were responded to in a timely manner. [UPDATE} Thank you for providing the ticket numbers. I did find those tickets and you are correct that they were not replied to. They were transferred to a staff member that was on vacation. That's a human error on our staff's part and we have talked to our staff about it and updated procedures. We have replied to the tickets. Please check and I hope that you continue to host with us.
