Great price and service
They moved my Azure asp.net website with sql database over to their platform seamlessly. I didn’t have to do anything. Performance is good and much better price with my own domain.

Been with DiscountASP.net since 2008
Been with DiscountASP.net since 2008. Hosted multiple sites over the years and NEVER had a problem with billing or tech support. I tried a number of hosting services and they all lacked something - thank goodness I found these guys. Brilliant over all these years.

Terrible
Terrible, or should I just say they refused to provide ANY service at all. No working on nimber, no working chat service. But, miraculously their Bill collection system did manage to take my money !

I'm sorry to hear that this customer had a bad experience. Our billing system is automated like most hosting providers. The main avenue for support is through our helpdesk. We can typically handle most support inquires via our helpdesk, but if more technical discussion is necessary we will schedule a phone call or video web conference call. Unfortunately, at this time, chat is not manned as all our staff is working from home due to covid-19. Please also note that we do not outsource our chat support to other companies like many hosting providers. Please also look through the other reviews here and you'll see that we do provide good support. We have been in business since 2003. If we consistently provided terrible support, we wouldn't be in business for so long.
