DIRX provided excellent service until April 2024. Then they failed miserably. They were out-of-stock of my medicine (supposedly supply chain but Im guessing its really financial problems) for 4 months. Then they received the medicine but canceled my order because the prescription expired. Dr. sent in update and now its been "processing" for over 2 weeks but still not shipped. If DIRX actually delivered the services it claims to provide in a timely and reliable manner, I'd love to deal with them. But since its so poorly run, stay away.

If your health depends on taking medication, DO NOT trust it with DiRx. Orders are NEVER processed or shipped on time. When you call customer support, I won't use care as they don't care about getting you your meds, they could care less in providing a solution for their inability to ship out in time.

Incredibly bad service. 3 weeks in and they can’t get my RX from either pill pack or my Dr who sent them the Rx too. To try and save $10 on my RX from pill pack I switched to this place and there is absolutely no customer service worth anything. I emailed 7 days ago and have not received any reply. I called on a Wednesday afternoon. The rep said they have not received the RX from my Dr. I had already asked my Dr and he said it was sent. But I hang up, and got back to my Dr and who verifies it was sent several days ago and sent me a confirmation of the Rx being e-prescribed to them. 🤦‍♂️ i tried calling back the following day to DiRx but hung up at the 40 minute mark of waiting on hold. Ridiculous hold times. No live chat. Does not answer emails. I haven’t the slightest idea what the process is for complaining to my state pharmacy board or the like but I will look into it because this seems like a fly by night operation.

The patient will get the medication ordered approximately after two month either patient would have healed on their own or died before getting For prescribers is a hell to call them , voicemail prescriptions never get filled , prescriber would have to wait for at least 2 hours to talk to someone to take the order This company should not be in business at all Horrible horrible pharmacy

I had 2 RX sent to this mail based prescriber. I used this service in 2024 for 8 months. They were both 90 day supplies. The price is great! The constant delays were terrible. Of the 6 orders, only 2 were completed before I ran out of medication. I called customer service a lot to complain and check on the orders. They are understaffed and overwhelmed. If the medication isn't backorder due to supply chain issues, the order will still take a few weeks to get through the pharmacy backlog and then the shipping backlog. I have to find somewhere else because the cheap prices aren't worth the hassle and late fulfillment. 4 times I paid a premium to have a RX fulfilled with my local pharmacy. This discount provider just isn't worth your business.

My script was electronically sent by my Dr on 8/12, I have made three phone calls/emails to find out why my script is still in pending. I was advised today it will be two more weeks, ( total of 4 weeks)before I can expect to recieve my medication. I was told they have the medication in stock but are that far behind in dispensing, Beware if you need something in a timely basis. There phone support is non USA based.

***SCAM ALERT!*** ***SCAM ALERT!*** ***SCAM ALERT!*** They’ll just try to steal your money. The price looks good, but that’s because they’re running a scam. I ordered (and provided the prescription) August 6th. Didn’t get confirmation, just crickets… so I called them. The guy said they had the order ready to be filled, but it would take 7 days. Waited… waited… waited… Suddenly, got an email August 27 saying DiRx didn’t have my prescription. Called them August 28th, the guy played dumb, then said the prescription needed to be redone because 3 weeks had gone by. I told him to give me a refund, he said it would take 10 business days. COMPLETE BS!!! I went to ZipHealth.com instead, that’s a legitimate on-line pharmacy. Ron

Horrible Experience - They are always out of prescriptions and if you have several prescriptions that need filled, they place the whole order on hold while they wait for the one item to be restocked. By the time that one item is restocked, they are out of one of the other items in your order so your order is held longer. Called and they finally split the order so some item could be fulfilled. This process repeated with the refills. Called in about two items that had been waiting for a month to fill. They said that after a month they can't fill the item so new orders will need to be placed. Placed new orders and still waiting three days later for the items to ship. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else!!
