Dirx used to be great, but something happened around last March, and now it's terrible. Meds are often on back order, customer service reps don't have the ability to see what's holding up your order, and an order I placed 3 weeks ago is STILL in pending. when I called to find out why, I was told it's just going through the system. Now I'm embarrassed that I recommended this company to friends. I'll be switching as soon as this last order arrives.

Low prices and low service. You get what what you pay for i guess. 1 month and still waiting, order pending!

The medications I ordered on June 17 was not shipped when it should have been. When I pulled it up it showed pending. So upon further investigation I found the needed the prescriptions sent again So I did that. after a lot of song and dance I ended up with a supervisor and She said they had received the proscriptions. That the Order was on the way and would be there in a week and a half. Well July went by and called and talked to another supervisor. This time She said the order would be here by Aug. 22 esh. Well I checked the order today to see if it was still going to get here when it was said too be ariving. Well today I pulled up the order and found it pending again. Now the guy is telling me they got some meds in but couldn't fill the prescrioptions they had to fill. So Now on Hold again waiting for a suppervisor. If you need medications to maybe try and prolong your life, don't go here.You will die waiting.

Dirx has failed completely on my last 2 orders. Dirx will sit on your order (and your doctor's prescription) for multiple weeks with no shipment, no communication. If you email Dirx, they will slowly reply with "we don't have this in stock.... but keep waiting." That it totally unacceptable. This feels like a borderline scam/bait-and-switch. I have moved all my prescriptions elsewhere. Dirx used have much better customer service in years past. Maybe something changed lately.

Don’t waste your time or money. This is the 2nd month I received 1 out of 6 medications.

DIRX is just begging for a class action lawsuit, because their prescription service is no longer reliable and you can't get a refund on their Annual Saving plans. Personally, I'd like to see it, so I can get some of my money back as we've moved to a reliable prescription service. Sort their reviews by "recent" and see all the mad customers. DIRX seems to almost always be out-of-stock on most prescriptions these days and they don't notify you the customer that is the case. You must call them to find out and not vice-versa. WHAT?? You can tell they are in trouble as they no longer offer the Annual Savings plan.

They cancelled both mine and my wife's auto refills for our yearly savings plans in June stating that the medications are not in stock. The last medication received from them was in May 2024. This is after purchasing the yearly savings plans in January. Hard to believe that a total of 14 different medications are out of stock. What a scam.

The staff and their assistance are excellent. There are times when a drug is on backorder for a long time. If the order is for three drugs and one is on backorder then please send the two that are available. Tighter control you wousd be appraised as excellent. Thank you for your fine service!
