I have had only one experience with DiRX but it was all positive. This pharmacy fulfilled and shipped compounded tirzepatide with B12 for me--3 months' worth and my first prescription for that medication. It arrived in a very timely manner--filled and shipped within 24 hours of receiving the prescription and arrived in 48 hours, well packed, cold, and with very clear labeling and instructions, BUD dates that were adequate for me to use the medication on schedule and still have time leftover at the end before they were even close to expiration. I was 100% pleased. The medication was very effective and I was super happy with my 3-month results. Since receiving that shipment, my provider has changed to a different pharmacy for fulfilment and I have not had the same good experience with the quality of the medication, and BUD dates have even been too short to use the medication on schedule before the date passed. I wish I could return to DiRX and to that high-quality product and service. My provider says I do not have a choice in pharmacy--but if I could choose, I would choose DiRX. I would even consider changing providers if I could be confident that the next one would fulfill through DiRX.

I NEVER GOT MY MEDICATION AND I HAVE EMAIL SUPPORT MORE THEN 3 TIMES. ITS ALREADY BEEN 27 DAYS. I E MAIL THEM MORE THEN ONCE REGARDING MY MEDICATION AT THIS POINT I AM GOING TO CALL MY BANK TO GET MY REFUND. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!

They are terrible! Zero customer service and fail to send your refills! You are dealing with people’s health, you should be shut down permanently! Absolutely disgusting!

This is by far the best mail order pharmacy I have ever used. They are diligent with communication, follow-ups and unlike a few well known others, they don’t “lose” scripts they don’t want to fill!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Their customer service line goes immediately to VM and they don't get back you and they can't seem to fill a prescription that 10 other pharmacies have filled for me in the past. Avoid this company - they are equal parts terrible and incompetent.

Four calls with multiple errors from the company. After being told there would be no copay, I was told that Medicare covers 80% leaving over $100 copay. They then said they would send the medication to Verona Pathway Plus who would trake care of everything. Very difficult to deal with.

There is no customer service and has not been any for the last month. We received a GLP-1 product that is not properly labeled and so the dosage cannot be determined. We are both clinically trained medical professionals and even with a consultation with a pharmacist, none of us could determine from the label or the instructions what the correct dosage was supposed to be. We cannot determine if the 2 ml vile is a 5mg/ml strength, 10 mg/ml or something else. We have not been able to get any response from Dirx despite repeated emails. Cannot recommend anyone should buy a product when the dosage cannot be determined,

They don't seem to care about elderly prescriptions canceled and been out of stock too many times to make them a trusted source they saved me money sometimes but undependability out ways price i dropped them
