Superb Price and I got the first time discount. My other pharmacy kept raising prices even with insurance. I'm getting ready to be stuck on medicare so options like DiRx can help my bottom line when choosing supplemental.

My insurance is odd about what it will cover, what pharmacies I can use, and the amount I can get at once. DiRx allows me to skip all that hassle, it's cheaper than using my insurance, and it gets delivered to my home. It's really a no brainer. Glad I found this and look forward to continuing to use it.

Although I am very pleased with the drug pricing, the delivery cost and efficiency is lacking. I paid extra for 2nd day delivery because I live in a desert. Though my order was placed early in the week, it didn't get shipped until Friday; thus my package didn't arrive until the following week(no delivery on weekends). Not only did this defeat the purpose of expedited delivery, I felt I was overcharged for the delayed delivery. I hope DiRx will remedy this for future deliveries or I'll need to find another service. Something as simple as adopting a policy that 2nd day deliveries are not sent near the weekends would be advisable.

I placed my first order, expecting to receive a $10 discount. Somehow I failed to enter the discount code correctly, thus being charged the full amount. I called customer service. The agent heard my story & changed my order immediately. Thank you DiRx! I'll be a regular from now on.
