They were very slow to process my order on the front end... may have been an issue with the prescription transfer, but they need to communicate with the customer on what the delay is. I ordered six days before the end of my supply, and two weeks later finally recieved the order (with express shipping) I still had to reach out multiple times on the order status, and never recieved notice that the order shipped They need to keep the customer informed!!

What a great way to get prescriptions delivered to your front door what will they think of next as long as it's safe I'll add more to it thank you for making it so much easier to get my prescriptions

Great ! Everything was perfect !

This was our first time using DiRx and I was quite hesitant as our doctor's office indicated that DiRx wasn't in their system and they didn't know anything about it. However, once that was straightened out and the script was sent, a DiRx representative called to verify all of our information and within a couple of days, we received the medication. Very professional the whole way through.
