good service!

This was the first time I ordered my specialty medication through DiRX and I called them to discuss through. The associate was extremely helpful and walked me through the online initial setup. The delivery itself was quick as promised.

I'm giving DiRx 3 stars on my initial order. We made our PCP's aware that we were changing our prescription provider so they would not be surprised by requests for new Rx's. After four days the orders were not showing any movement. I called DiRx and was told they had not yet contacted our PCP's. We called our PCP's and asked them to send the new Rx's to DiRx. For some reason they split the Rx's into two orders. In the end it took me calling my PCP and DiRx about five times to get the order straightened out and the meds shipped. Because of the delay I had to ask my PCP for a separate Rx sent to the local Meijer pharmacy. Hopefully refills will be handled more effectively. We'll see

You all were fantastic making several attempts to coordinate with my doctors office for Rx approval. My only suggestion is the prescription was a bit over packaged, maybe simply a tiny bit, save the planet, thank you for a tremendous interaction & amazing price!

There was a problem with the prescriptions from the doctor's office. I received a call from DiRX and the problem was cleared up right away. My Part D is with CVS and they charge the copay, $20, for each generic. DiRX is half that. And the drugs are packaged much better by DiRX.

The process was very simple and me a lot of money.

Easy to transfer prescription and the price was very very reasonable.
