They did a good job, and got me my meds on a timely manner

The Customer Service people are great and extremely helpful. They are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to insure complete customer satisfaction! I had problems transferring 2 current and 2 new prescriptions. The delays were NOT due to DiRx! It was due to the 3 Prescribers dragging their feet on sending DiRx the verifications for 5 days. I had to repeatedly call & leave messages for the Prescribing Dr & 2 Prescribing Physician's Assistants. I am Very Pleased with the actions and follow-ups by DiRx that prevented me from running out of badly needed medications! They are very helpful and professional! 😊❤️

I ordered 180 days worth - Received only 90 day. I'm a Merchant Seaman and there are NO pharmacies in the middle of the worlds oceans DOH !!!!

Because they didn’t get one of the prescription order from the dr they cancelled the entire order and created an order without the one drug. That was ok except they didn’t give me the $10 first time order which I had on the original order

It was lengthy and complicated only because it was new and had to coordinate with the doctor's office. Renewals will go much better. Shipped fast and arrived. Am very happy.

Great price, came fairly fast. Easy online access. I did have to call to get it going. I'm sure the second time will be easier.
