I saved 20.00 on my medication & it was shipped asap.

It took a bit to get things lined up with doc, and DiRx, but after that service was great

I moved my prescriptions to DiRx after Ro Pharmacy discontinued their service. Dirx contacted Ro to get my prescriptions and shipped my prescriptions within a day. I signed up for the annual plan that will cut my prescription costs in half. Unlike Mark Cuban's online pharmacy company DiRx provides phone service. Before transferring my prescriptions I called to ask a couple of questions. The phone was answered promptly by a knowledgeable customer service representative based in the United States. I wish I discovered DiRx sooner.

They were helpful with answering my questions when I set up my account and placed my first order. They told me what to expect for delivery time and it was accurate

It is great because everything was free and delivered directly to my mailbox. It did take about a week to a week and a half before I actually heard anything but after that my prescription was delivered straight to me.

Order still pending.. no phone call no nothing and of course I need my medicine. Second time this company has screwed me.
