Rough and unsatisfactory start…
I joined the annual plan and requested my prescriptions be transferred from two pharmacies. Over two weeks later, I’m still waiting on them. I’ve had to purchase prescriptions due to the delay which defeats the purpose of the annual plan. My doctor e-scribed three prescriptions that took over a week to process and put in the mail. When I called to check on my original order afterward a week of nothing, they hadn’t initiated a transfer but would. After another week, they said they called the pharmacies and didn’t receive a response. Had I not called again, a second request probably wouldn’t be made. I’m still waiting on those meds and will likely have to pay more out of pocket. I’m hoping once my prescriptions get transferred the auto refill process will be easy. Who knows? Right now, I can’t recommend, but I will update my experience if things improve.

Hi Teri. We apologize for any inconvenience in getting all of your prescriptions transferred from your previous pharmacy. Sometimes there are not an available refill or some, but not all, of the prescriptions are successfully sent to us. Following the communication chain, it looks like we made initial contact and a follow-up request in a reasonable amount of time. But, it also appears that the prescriptions trickled in from your previous pharmacy which contributed to the delay. We hope that it is smoother sailing from now on. Be well.
