The customer service was terrific. The process was simple, and the prices for specialty drugs were the best available.

My experience was a good one, but the user site could use some improvement. I checked off the box to have DiRx contact my physician to get the prescription. According to the doctor's office, they did not receive such a request. No problem. I observed that the cost of the prescription was withdrawn from my checking account, but the prescription was not being filled. After about a week or so, I contacted my doctor's office and had the prescription emailed to DiRx. I had my medication in 3 days after I contacted the doctors office. Still, no problem, but the site was a bit misleading, as it relates to how DiRx obtains the prescription. Other than that, it was a good experience and I will use it again !

It took forever to get my script. It was for antibiotics for a severe abscess tooth. I had to go back to the ER and get a new script (which includes a new hospital bill) so it doesn't kill me.

I knew about GoodRx but wasn’t aware of there mail order service DiRx. My drug plan I pay for thru Medicare cost for one item was $136 for a 90 day supply. DiRx was just under $12.00 for the same thing and I don’t even have to drive to pick it up. Great company and service and will recommend it highly to all my friends to use along with their prescription drug plans.

The initial response is fast enough!

I ran out of my medication this Monday, but USPS tracking said my package was supposed to arrive this Monday. So I thought at most I would miss one day of medication. It finally arrived Friday, but I never went and got stop gap medication, because I always thought my package was right around the corner. I think USPS let dirx down in this case. Dirx themselves seemed to do a great job.
