We switched from Mediacom to Direct TV. Will never have Mediacom for TV service,again. With Direct TV the picture is much clearer,we have full screen on all channels. Can turn the TV on & off with click of one button,don't have to stand in a certain spot in the room.

I am very happy with my experience so far!! Very friendly staff, great customer service and love the picture quality (no snow yay!)

I called the day of the install and was told it would be an additional 6 dollars for the 4th box, but if they had told me that's was I paying eve 19.98 for I would have understood and requested the additional box at the onset. I'm not happy the with start of my relationship with your company. In addition my neighbor down the street just went with your company and got a much lower rate, which makes me not like your company even more.

It took forever, but he was very patient with this elderly lady (me), willing to repeat things, and even call me back at a set time so I could confer with my son and my husband.

I appreciated Ariel and her knowledge of the product. It took just a few minutes to walk through my family's TV viewing needs. The order was completed without any surprises!

Jeff was very informative, and very patient. He did an excellent job of explaining everything to me, and I love the flexibility of Direct TV. My husband and I are both retired and live on a fixed income. Your deals were excellent. Installation is tomorrow afternoon, I couldn't be happier
