Gracie could not have been any more helpful, knowable and courteous than she was. She gave me all the information, asked if I had any questions, listened to what I was want to get set up and understood what I needed and proceeded to get me exactly what I was asking for. She is an asset to your company and I don't find a lot of customer service reps that I would give that distinction to.

The ladies I spoke with were wonderful. They both took great care of me. I had a great customer experience with the lady from direct TV she was awesome. The lady from windstream was also very nice. Two thumbs up for gr8 customer service.

Changed from Verizon to Direct TV but kept Verizon phone & Internet. Direct TV employee ID#10593 took care of us & signed us up. She was very polite & nice and went over everything. We did a bundle. Thank you Don & Linda Battista

When I called Direct tv to talk about changing satellite providers I told the representative that I had gotten prices online and wanted to verify them before agreeing to set up an account. I also told her that I wanted every fee included in her quote...that I did not want any unexpected or hidden fees to pop up in my monthly bill. She was very thorough and answered every question I had and, explained all of my options. I was very pleased and felt reassured and confident that I made the right choice to switch to Direct tv, after having been with a different satellite provider for the past 17 years.
