Goodbye cable companies. Hello Direct TV. I received great service. Each representatives performed with great customer service.

I was very please with customer service. He was very friendly and answered all my quedtions. Explained everything to me perfectly.

Very knowledgeable on the product very helpful and informative on being able to start watching shows with the DirecTV app. All around great.

Woke up at 7a.m. to get ready for Direct TV to come install our dish and tv boxes. Our appointment was for 8 a.m.-12p.m. we received a text saying the tech would be here between 8:50-9:20 a.m. Around 10:30 we got concerned because no tech showed and was an hour past his arrival time. We contacted customer service and they told us the tech didn't know how to get to our place and they would try and reach him and call us back within the hour,(ridiculous!!!!!any GPS would bring you directly to our house expecially since we're the only house on the street.. Idiots!!!!) We received no call back from customer service or the tech and decided to call back again an hour n half past the time of they're return call we never received. Again no help what's so ever. We cancelled the installation at 3 p.m. after wasting our Saturday and received no apology or any kind of remorse from Direct TV. This was a complete mental breakdown on all ends from Direct TV and we'll take our business elsewhere.
