When I called Carly was so knowledgeable and she really helped me to pick the right options for what best suited me.

I am so pleased with the service Laurin gave me today. I was pretty uptight with ordering on line and she convinced me that she could give me a better deal than gong to the AT&T store in person. I have been a Cox customer for more than 30 years and this was not an easy decision . However Cox recently upped my bill significantly and they gave me no recourse when I called them. I was delighted to find that my email address would remain as is. Please give Laurin why very special Thank YOU
