Jeremiah was great to deal with. He made me feel like he really wanted my business. He was very professional and well schooled. Dish Network made no effort to keep me. I feel I will be getting much more for my money. I have been assured by a number of people today that I will love DirecTV. Thanks.

i feel that sales staff took advantage of elderly when my mom wad grossly under quoted the price of the bundle of tv phone and internet. when i called to clarify staff preceded to lie to me. as i requested ending service before it really even started. i was told a tech. would be out on Saturday. later when asked to speak to a manager i was then informed that you do not do uninstalling. so i felt that i was mislead and then when asking for support. on that i continued to be mislead and all the manger could offer for support was he words im sorry. not sure how the words sorry help with the fact that now i have to pay cable to reinstall what i. intially had very very very dis satisfied. would never. never recommended. direct tv to anyone not even my enemy. it was the worst. experience. ever

I am currently telling all of my friends to not get directv. Your sales process is just sketchy, basically the second sentence out of the salesmans mouth was can i get that credit card number...hell no. He hadnt even told me what the price would be. Even still i decided what the hell ill place an order schedule an install and cancel it later if i find a better deal. I ended up finding a deal more suited to my needs and called to cancel. I was hoping that wouldnt be a difficult process. However it was extremely difficult. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and I hope gets fired. I wish I knew her name. I was ok with direct tv until i spoke to her and will now never try to get directv again and tell all my friends not to get it either. You should really work at being more forthright with pricing information instead of just saying you just "saved" x amount of $. Even though its not really saving or a deal. Too conclude I got charter instead of your service due to your sketchy sales techniques. Charter might suck but dealing with you guys sucked a lot more. And thats really saying something

I would give my experience a 5 IF after I hung up and tried all the internet companies I was told had service in my area they WERE available in my area, but, no they weren't. I kept being told no service in my area for A T and T, Clear, and Century link. I am very disappointed in that. Now I am stuck keeping comcast I guess. I am too frustrated to try Hughes company today, it looks like they do have coverage for me, but expensive.

Getting my direct tv installed has been impossible. I have had to hunt the dispatcher down several times to actually get a second opinion to come out and look where they could install it. The first technician came out on Monday and said there was only one spot he could put the antenna and that was right next to my front door, I requested a seconded opinion, instead he cancelled my service. It is now Thursday and I have had to call the same dispatcher several times to have someone come out for the second opinion. I think it's a little insane that I'm having to fight to get someone to install my tv. A this point I may be stuck with out tv for the weekend while my sister is in town, NOT HAPPY.

Im new to direct tv so cant speak on service yet, but on phone the lady was more concerned with finalizing sale than my concerns... Everytime i stopped her she overtalked me & kept asking for credit card number. I needed service & did my research so i bought it anyhow. But i did not get deal i was advertised & could not get that thru the phone sales lady. I willl be trying to fix that today. Im unsure if i want to continue with the direct tv process.

I was very disappointed that DirecTV could not deliver on the advertised price of $49.94/month for 12 months on bundled TV & internet service. Will probably cancel my reservation if I can get a better price than $85.98 month for $35.99 tv + $49.99 internet. Even though I wanted a bundle, separate but bundled service, separate bills!
