I just switched from AT&T U-verse to Direct TV and I'm SO excited!! Not only did they save me over $57/mo but gave us a ton more options including free equipment, Genie, that'll record 5 shows at a time, but also the NFL ticket!! Garrett should definitely get a raise (and school AT&T reps) on the meaning of customer service! Order # 190720041.

It was fast and easy to figure out what service would work best for me. The people that I spoke to were very friendly and thorough. They checked several different options and have me many choices. It was handled in s timely and professional manner. I appreciated their help.

I called dish first because they are cheaper and sent me a thing in the mail. They didn't care a bit about me or any of my questions. the girl I talked to sounded like she was bored. I got on the internet and did the on-line thing Direct has. it's new. I got a Tanika (I think that's her name) we had a great chat and then she called me to finish the details. She was very, very nice, and we even laughed a few times about different life things in the process of the order. I scheduled an installation, and Tanika told me any time up to the time the guy comes, I could cancel. She also told me too that they are the only company that provides their customers the ability to keep their bill the same after the promotional rate expires. She walked me through it so I know exactly what to expect. I am happy we went with Direct.

I am basing my comments on my initial experience placing an order for services today. The representative I dealt with today explained everything and was very patient. I hope I continue to have this quality of service.

He made me feel like he apppreciated my business and this experience made me choose this GREAT program , because I was torn between them and going back to Comcast. I recently subscribe to Direct TV and the customer service (sales department) was very kind, professional and answered all my questions. She didn't have any rush to sale and was very patience with my concerned. The tech. who came for the installation were very professionals and explained everything with a lot of patience and courtesy and they have excellent good manners. They came during the time that was Scheduled the installation . Also a customer service call me to be sure if I have all the information and the phone number just in case I have any problem in the future. The Programs and the HD look great. I recommend Direct TV so far 100%. I will recommend to switch and try Direct TV. Thanks, Myrna
